What's New:

* Congratulations to all those who performed on the Autumn Recitals, held November 22 at Knox Church.

* The next recitals are scheduled for Sunday, March 21, 2010 (1:30 and 3:30 p.m.). Performances will

take place at Our Saviours’ Lutheran Church, 815 S. Washington St., Naperville. The March event

will be an all-ensemble program.

* Ms. Venderley and Mr. Sacks continue their association with the OPUS Chamber Music Camp held

each summer at Benedictine University in Lisle. The 2010 camp will run from July 31-August 6. We

encourage all of our string and piano students aged 8-18 to apply.

* Mr. Sacks is in his fourth year as accompanist for the Sapphyre Strings, and accompanied the group

for performances at the State Capitol and the Lincoln Library/Museum in Springfield last May.

* Mr. Sacks recently accompanied students of cellist Edward Moore in recital at Elmhurst College.

* Mr. Sacks is available to accompany at this year’s Solo and Ensemble Contests in both Districts 203 and

204.
